Obama’s Other Woman (No. 3 in a Series)

Apparently there are people in and around Washington D.C. referring to Nancy Pelosi as President Pelosi, because she seems to think she’s the one in charge. Like I had said, I always expected Pelosi to be the one Dem that President Obama had the most problems with, and this is evident with the way she handled the crap sandwich the kids are calling the Great Fiscal Suicide Act of 2009 – a “stimulus” bill that doesn’t stimulate the economy, that the American people are souring on, and that isn’t what Obama wanted in the first place.

And she’s even been attacking her own. Now, this isn’t me saying this. This isn’t Rush Limbaugh, who like all conservatives I take my marching order from, saying this. This is coming from DEMOCRAT Congressman Jim Cooper (D-TH) said, as one of the eleven congresspeople who reached across the isle to work with Republicans and vote against FSA09 all bi-partisan like.

So sayeth Rep. Cooper on that far-right media outlet known as Air America…

“I got in terrible trouble with our leadership because they don’t care what’s in the bill, they just want it pass and they want it to be unanimous. “They don’t mind the partisan fighting cause that’s what they are used to. In fact, they’re really good at it. And they’re a little bit worried about what a post-partisan future might look like. If members actually had to read the bills and figure out whether they are any good or not. We’re just told how to vote. We’re treated like mushrooms most of the time.”

And now there’s news that Cooper and 55 other DEMOCRAT congresspeople wrote a letter to President Pelosi telling her to check herself before she’s wreck herself, and according to Cooper, “…actually got some quiet encouragement from the Obama folks for what [they're] doing.”

To which I have but two words for you, AWE-SOME!
