Rove to GOP: Git R’ Done!

I always enjoy referencing Karl Rove, just because I know it pisses off a lot of people. I love the big lug, and put him right up there with my other heroes Cobra Commander, Magneto, and Dana White (President of the UFC).

If President Pelosi had spent half as much time holding hearings into the housing crisis or banking crisis as she did holding hearings into tarring and feathering Mr. Rove…well, we’d probably still have a $1.5 TRILLON crap sandwich.

Either way, Karl Rove is rapidly becoming one of my favourite conservative pundits, like in this morning’s editorial where he thanked President Obama for re-energizing the GOP

What is becoming clear is that the House GOP is becoming energized by empowering its “Young Guns.” Leader John Boehner has been good. But he wouldn’t be as effective if he didn’t have the help of Reps. Eric Cantor, the No. 2 House Republican, and Mike Pence, the House GOP conference chairman. Reps. Paul Ryan and Dave Camp, the top Republicans on the Budget and the Ways and Means committees, are impressive and add depth to the leadership team.

Over in the Senate, Republicans have likewise followed a “better ideas” strategy. Mitch McConnell pushed to make aid to states loans, not grants, and to cut income taxes for the middle class. Other Republican senators came in with ideas to fix housing, put money in the hands of taxpayers, and cut fat from the stimulus.

Of course he channeled his inner Han Solo by closing with a “don’t get cocky, kid,” but the bottom line was that we were handed an opportunity to draw a line in the sand, and outside of those three Senate sell-outs, we made the most of it. Sure, Obama is getting is $1.5 TRILLON crap sandwich, but as Master Rove concluded…

Americans and both parties want a revived economy. Republicans want focused proposals that create jobs and growth, while the White House seems ready to accept what House and Senate appropriators have drawn up.

Mr. Obama, for all his talents, has already re-energized the GOP and sparked a spending debate that will last for years. The president won this legislative battle, but at a high price — fiscally and politically.

The question now is, whose Presidential campaign does Rove run in 2012? Could you imagine him and Newt Gingrich?

As someone who is firmly anti-GOP and pro-USA….I implore you. PLEASE let Karl Rove run Newt Gingrich’s campaign…..PLEASE!!

Karl Rove’s piece in the WSJ today clearly affirms what most of the American people have known for the better part of this decade…that Rove and the GOP live in an alternate universe.

There’s a reason why a Gallup poll just showed that nearly 58%–yes, 58% DISAPPROVE of the GOP handling of the stimulus bill…compared to a 27% disapproval rating for our President. And by the way, his approval rating on that issue? Only 67%…

Good luck with the Karl Rove thing….

I hope King Karl is managing WHOEVER the GOP finds to run in 2012. Thanks to the internet and instant fact-checking, the Rove has become fairly impotent. McCain was doing fairly well before he brought King Karl onto the ticket, after which it all tanked like a dead turkey in a downdraft. I hope he backs a string of losers for the next 20 years. I’m sure he has a decent following that keeps up with his whiny banter, but his days of empire building are over. Our citizenry has clearly identified him as the primary architect of our nation’ ruin. I know the GOP are trying to figure out what happened. But it is obvious… America is FED UP with his pernicious mischief and now realize what a truly sinister figure he is lurking in the shadows of the far right. As Bill Clinton put it, (with slight paraphrasing) “Rove is so far to the right that he makes Richard Nixon look like a communist.” There is no missing element now, no hidden factor that will restore his imminence. He has been found out. He tanked our country. He tanked McCain’s campaign. He tanked W’s legacy. He tanked the entire Republican party, even. Long live King Karl!

Keep running your traps, you freaking idiots. Jimmy Carter swept into office 32 years ago promising hope and change for a country that just went through Watergate 2 years prior. His approval ratings were in the upper 60′s for the first month, and then sharply tanked once he and the Demo-controlled congress started implementing more regulation, higher taxes, and out-of-control spending. Within 18 months his approval ratings plunged to the low 40′s, and never made it back over 50.

Does the NEA teach US History anymore? Obviously not wherever you two clowns went to school.

Americans were so fed up with Nixon and the Republicans in 1976, they kicked them out of Washington… until they saw what a joke Democratic “Leadership” was and brought them back four yeras later in landslide-esque margins.

Enjoy the next 18 months. I sure as hell will.

For all you darn liberal posters here, who think you are SO smart– anyone who voted for Obama, has voted for a change, all right– He will change America from a Free Country that stands for Liberty and Justice for ALL– to a Socialist country, where people are NOT important unless of course, they are part of the ruling body– and substandard health care, lack of freedom of speech, gun control across the masses, fear, hysteria, and a complete inability to build a business with nothing but brains and guts, will be the watchword of the day. Congratulations, you dummies– lazy jerks, fools, cretins– all synonymous with Democrat.

In spite of all the rhetorics, Obama is just an “empty suit”, who cannot control Pelosi and Reid who are now leading USA into the dark tunnel of “socialism” for at least 10-15 years…. and where is the Republican Party? …listen to Eric Cantor! …you may learn something !

(as it was ‘its the economy stupid’ during the Clintonera, it is now ‘it’s the jobs, stupid’ time – and the Republicans better ‘hammer’ Obama on this topic and soon!
