Kill the RiNO’s? Really?
Yes, Sens. Arlen Specter, Olympia Snowe, and Susan Collins piss me off as much as they do you. They said they were voting for the “stimulus” as a show of bi-partisanship after they got $100 Billion cut out of the bill. We told them the money was going back in once the bill went to committee, and the Dems weren’t going to let anyone read it.
What happened? The Democrats talked amongst themselves, cut out most of what the Republicans had added, put back what most of the Republicans had taken out, and did so in the middle of the night without letting anyone read the bill. I hope Arlen Specter and Susan Collins enjoy the media complimenting how mad bi-partisan they are now, because the minute either one of them had a Democrat challenger next year the media will turn on them in a heart media.
That said, I’d like to introduce a new rule. No screaming “KILL THE RINO” unless you have a valid replacement for them without throwing the seat away. I think people are too quick to institute a zero tolerance policy whenever anyone votes for something we disagree with.
We were singing the praises for the work Sens. Corker and Ensign did to block the auto bailout, yet there were people calling them RiNO’s when they voted to confirm Tim Geithner. Do you know who voted against Geithner? Arlen Specter and Susan Collins.
No one would accuse Rick Santorum, George Allen, or John Sununu of being “squishy moderates,” and they all lost recently in purple states.
A lot of these cats need to have their feet held to the fire, there’s no denying that. But before we go off on a mad RiNO hunting expedition, let’s slow our role for a minute and think things out clearly.

RINO’s are every bit the enemy that the obamatrons are, even more so because they give add and comfort to the socialists and pay no price for it, if the GOP purged itself of RINO’s we would not have had McAmnesty forced on us, if not for RINO’s the socialists couldn’t get away with their peice by peice dismantling of capitalism and freedom, i am in NO mood to comprise, anyone says that word to my face and i will jam it right back down their throat.

no, no de-caf, i do not want to live under socialism! i do not want to die poor and hungry. America is not eternal, it is not invincible, everything that you’ve grown up being accoustomed to can and is right now being taken from you, i’m ready for a fight and not just a war of words but an honest to goodness revolt. I have never said anything like this before, i have never so greatly felt the soul-sucking grip of the State so tightly around me and i’m about to start swinging

i am not nessscessarily saying i am going to do anything violent, i am only saying that i am prepared to take whatever actions are needed to make it clear that more socialism is unacceptable and will not take place, it all depends on how far the other side is willing to take this

Well, I tend to agree that you need to have a viable replacement as opposed to throwing the baby out with the bathwater. But these 3 aren’t the ones who are gonna take your rights away. They are not bright enough to grasp that concept….move on UP the food chain to see that in action!!!
If they vote Democrat, they are Democrat.
