Dear Leader speaks to us this evening.
Bobby Jindal claps back.
The congressional race in the NY-20 is apparently the most bitterly nasty one EVAH!
The Biden Family mixed up with a corrupt investment banker? Oh no!
Hmmm, I though David Brooks was supposed to be a squishy RINO. Doesn’t sound like it here…
And gird what’s left of your loins, health care reform is next.

Few people don’t enjoy themselves a good throwback.
I still roll to old school Van Halen, Motley Crue, and Kiss. My preference has always been pinball machines to shoot ‘em up games. And while I do enjoy a lot of the Judd Apatow movies, my heart still lies with Mel Brooks and “the Cannonball Run.”
In a word, retro rocks!
Apparently the Republican Party feels the same way, and while all the cool kids are rambling on and on aboot “change,” the GOP is dusting off the old playbook and taking us back to 1994, the year of Pearl Jam, “Pulp Fiction,” and the Republican’s taking back control of the House and the Senate.
So sayeth Politico…

Diego Sanchez had a pretty decisive win over Joe Stevenson last Saturday night. It was his first fight at 155 (he started as a middleweight at 185), and there were more than view things written proclaiming that “the Nightmare was back.” Did “the Nightmare” ever go anywhere in the first place?
He’s had all of two losses in his career. A split decision against Jon Fitch is nothing to be ashamed aboot, and I always pegged his loss to Josh Koschek as more of a strategic era then it was being “out fought.” He seemed way too eager to impress us with the boxing he learned from Oscar de la Hoya instead of taking Kos down and pounding the shit out of him.
So yeah, I don’t think Diego Sanchez has ever “gone away,” though this win at light heavyweight does present a new path for him, and I say the next stop should be Sean Sherk.

Just watch the damn video…
Okay, so it’s not my exclusive interview as much as it’s Politico’s exclusive interview, but at least I got the bit aboot “Mark Sanford” right. Besides, say you’re a governor everyone wants a word with. Do you choose one of the most respected websites in politics, or a blogger who is writing this in a bathrobe and a pair of Homer Simpson slippers?
But seriously folks, you may or may not have caught South Carolina Governor’s Mark Sanford in the news lately. He has been one of President Obama’s most outspoken critics against the Pelosi-Obama spending bill, and has been speaking out ever since the first $750 Billion bailout back in September. This is his thing. It’s what he does.
And in this interview that was less mine as much as it was Politico’s, he had some things to say aboot the President, stimulus, and a certain CA-LEE-FORN-YA Governor’s offer to relieve Sanford to the stimulus money he’s considering turning down…
