Haters gonna hate, but I’m still a big Taylor Swift fan. This song blew me away when she performed it at the CMA’s awards, both in her song writing as well as the performance. The line “Don’t you worry your pretty little mind/People throw rocks at things that shine” is my favourite lyrics of the year.
I also like that, in a genre full a pop tarts, she gives young girls an option of someone with talents and a level head to lookj up to. With my baby sister giving me a baby niece next year, that matters to me more than it normally would.
So because I’m a big enough fan, you get two videos: the official one, and the live performance from the CMA’s.
The weather and my overall laziness last night led me to ring in the New Year with my brother-in-law and his wife, drinking beer and watching “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.” I tried watching it before, but must have caught a bad episode because what I saw last night was hee-sterical.
